A message for my Dad

I, of the 'over-active imagination', would like to know if we had...

a) one of these (I'm pretty sure I spilt lemonade all over the keyboard, but it recovered nicely; testament to how things were Built To Last in those days):

b) or one of these (I'm also quite sure we had one, although I didn't spill anything on it):

c) ... or neither, and I am definitely imagining things?!

(I hope those pics might help jog your memory - as you will note from the bottom pic, those were the days when people stood round computers in groups, so you'll have got a good look, I'm sure!)

The computer made from slate was Carole's, not mine, by the way! :-D

I thank you,
Geek-child.

We may have had one of the top example but definitely not the one at the bottom.
I fear my memory is degrading with advancing years, but I DEFINITELY remember we had one of those ping-pong thingys that plugged into the back of a black and white TV.
Thought it was fantastic - ahh happy days, D

It WAS fantastic!!

Am confused r.e. the Acorn Electron now, but since I have better things to worry about, I'll let it go!
