31) Bureaucracy (again, yes; very annoying!). Sending me a letter to tell me something I'd already been told twice yesterday via email is so not a good way to save trees.
32) Recycling bins. Why can't they make them so that they don't fall apart, or make everything else fall down when you open them, or blow away in the wind, or whatever?
