Feed it to the dog. You get a healthy dog as a result and you get rid of the celery quickly too.

Its all a bit anti-celery round here. Go to http://www.uktvfood.co.uk/ search on celery and you'll find 323 celer-icious recipes to enjoy :-)
...failing that, its a useful tool for scraping the mud off your boots...
